does NOT contain the provisions dealing with internet gambling. Anyone can go to the website and check it out.

Just out of curiosity, do the people who think money laundering is going on at poker sites think that the site owners are doing it, or that players are doing it? If the owners are doing it, and they are American citizens, I am sure the government can go after whoever is responsible, if they are found to be "aiding and abetting terrorists". I would think if players are laundering money through the playing of poker on the site, it would be very easy to tell, and I think the owners might smell something fishy and shut them down. Either way, it pays for internet poker sites to steer clear of possible money laundering situations.

You are right in that you can still use checks and credit cards to pay. It contains enhanced surveillance authority to tap the internet. It contains greater authority to attack laundering. It

creates the authority to go after internet laundering hard.
