I've had dandruff occasionally since high school. It's never really severe and usually goes away after a few days. However, lately it's been really bad. I have absolutely no idea why. I haven't changed shampoos or been showering any more or less frequently. Anyways, I've heard some dandruff shampoos don't work as well as others, and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations.

I use Pantine 2in1 which works great.

it's normal for this to happen during the winter. Your scalp is just dry.

Also, brush your hair before you go to sleep, but use one of those bristle brushes that can rub/scratch your scalp, its good for it.
