1) Is a fold in order on the turn after getting 3-bet?

2) Should I have just called down after villain bet out the turn??

You can't fold the turn at this point. I would call and check-call the river unimproved.

Yes. Weak players love to stop n' go trips. Strong players love to stop n' go intending to 3-bet. I would take that line against an aggressive player.

Deciding to call down depends how much 2 BBs is worth to you. I will look up unknowns a lot and make a note, so I'd probably do the same here.
