I was pretty sure he had Jx or maybe just a 7 on the flop, so fire away guys. I don't think I played this terribly, but I'm curious what fine tuning I might have done.

what are you doing calling this bet on the flop? if youre going to call here you have to push hoping to get him off his small pair. this is terrible... after you pick up the flush draw and straight draw on the turn, you should push allin instead of calling allin. this gives him the chance to fold his small pair. you played this hand horribly. if i was the BB i would have punched in my monitor from getting badbeated by a fish.

People who go broke raising tend to do better than people who go broke calling. Not on that hand, of course. /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Do you know what basic pot odds are? The odds of hitting your K or Q(assuming those are clean outs) are 7:1. You are getting less than 2:1 on your $$. Get out! Don't confuse your results with your play. Here, you get extremely lucky to win the hand although you played this hand horribly imo.

You played it horribly on every street except the river.

your play is indicative of someone who doesn't even know basic fundamentals of betting and pot odds in NL. get a hold of a good NL book and study up before you waste any more money online. Do a search on this site for "NL Basics" and don't play again until you understand what went wrong in that hand.
