What is everyone's thoughts on Monday night's game?

Well.... I lost a small fortune yesterday... I might as well make it a big fortune by going heavily tonight.


I honestly think this is a great spot for the Lions.


The Rams are due a let down after their sensational performance against the Fins. And the Lions have had an extra week to prepare for this MNF clash.


The Lions two strengths to my eyes are their secondary and their O Line. The O Line are big and powerful in the running game and may exploit an undersized Ram D Line. The secondary: Westbrook (assuming hes fit) Fair and Lyght are one of the few talented enough to keep Holt and Bruce in check and we may see tons of Faulk tonight which will stop the Rams scoring too quickly and keep the Lions running game alive.


If (and its a pretty big if) the Lions canstay within 10 points of the Rams after the first third of the game, that will mean they wont rely on playing catchup football...cos Detmer aint good enough to live with Warner. If they are still running in the 4th qtr... I will be able to cash my tickets.


Lions +14 is the best bet Ive had this season.
