how ya like my play, whatcha think?

i felt it was risky, but honestly felt i was up against AK, the development of the hand truly felt like ace king from the big push....it was about 75% race vs 25 % overpair here in my mind.... was i just being optimistic?

Too much heat for JJ, particularly with another player left to act after you call. You still have chips; why not pick a better spot. I figure you are, at best, a coin flip. Certainly worse if you are against more than one player.

It might be good.

It depends, some people would prob. make a big reraise with AA-KK to prob. 2000-2400, some just push with it, so you have to use your judgement on what type of player this is. What I would be worried about is QQ other than AK.

But, 99-TT is a slight possibility.

ah well, for the 2 people that posted, the pusher had ak, and i won the race and doubled through

played well for my first super monday and turned 22 into 500.....suckout on the end with kq vs kj on a k high flop, crippled me otherwise i might have been actually getting sweat last night! /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I think the 75% AK and 25% Overpair is too optimistic. I would guess it would be about 50/50? I guess it would depend on my read of that player. Either way you are getting correct odds to play this through. It would take a read of about 40/60 to make it a 0 CEV play.

i dont like calling off a 5th of your stack with JJ. I would certainly push allin in this position pf.
