I am relatively new to internet poker, I have only played at one site. One difference I find between the internet cardroom I play at and casino cardrooms is the inability of players to call "Time" online. That is, if a player stops too long to think about a decision, he ends up all-in when he should rightly check, call, raise, or fold. Although I make decisions quickly, sometimes hastily, if I ever DO stop to think too long on a hand, I could accidentally cause myself to go all-in improperly.
Is anyone aware of internet poker sites that allow players to call "Time" as they would in a casino? Are there reasons not to allow this feature that I am not thinking of, other than that the pace of the games might be slowed greatly by those who would constantly call Time?
