My other option in the hand is just calling the flop checkraise and possibly raising turn depending what comes. I think the check on river there is important keep in mind he may have a weak queen possibly or 99 or 1010 and beat you even if he's not trying to checkraise.

Best of Luck!

are we supposed to be impressed by your "expert" play?

Shawn,

Gummybear on UB (or is that your brother)...just curious? As for the hand...everything looks standard. Obviously, after the six pairs on the river theres not a lot of value in betting the river since he won't call with a worse hand.

Better question...do you call if he bets out on the river?

Also, it's quite sad but let me be the first on this forum to welcome you. You're obviously an excellent shorthanded player and I look forward to learning at least a little from your posts. As for everyone else across this forum who continues to "hate"...grow up and you might learn something.

Welcome,

For future hand posts, I recommend using Bisonbison's converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi). It makes the hand histories much easier to read. Thanks.

I've watched him play on both Stars and UB. He's an excellent player (from what I've seen and heard).

...thanks and keep posting! i appreciate your participation in this forum...

i don't understand why you get the ridicule from people on this forum who otherwise have always appeared reasonable to me...i'm sure i can watch any one of them play, wait till i find a hand i disagree with, and then post it here and 2nd guess their play...but that entirely misses the dynamics of the session...again, thx for posting.

Way to be an [censored]. People post hands here all the time, but you decide to isolate this one person and be a dick to them? Why?

Nice hand, Shawn.
Next time, though, please use Bison's hand converter...it's so much easier to read.
