Can I value bet this river?

My read on this guy is that he is 28 % VPIP so not incredibly loose. 8% preflop raise but then gets weaker post flop. Read isn't all that solid less than 30 hands at this time.

I hope you're joking. Is the villian really check/raising the flop with QQ or JJ (or something like it)...

There is only value in this bet if the villian has AA. There is a decent chance that he has AA IMO, but not enough to make betting profitable. If he calls here, you will lose &gt; 50% IMO.
