I find the recent BRP rules changes to be a joke. For the last few days I have been working on the $300 bonus off and on. Whenever I have signed on, I have only been able to find ONE $1/2 fixed limit table open, while there are half a dozen $.50/1 tables. Even the $2/4 tables are few. In addition, the waiting list is several players deep. It seems that they don't encourage playing higher (low) limits even thought there T&Cs make it a necessity to play them to clear bonuses. Fortunately, I signed up just before the changes took place and it appears that I am able to work the bonus at the lower levels.

I just took a look and i see 11 $1-$2 tables with players playing, and 10 of them are full, in addition there are several empty tables.

If you click on the 'Stakes' tab in the lobby it will be easier to find the tables as they will be sorted.

I also have trouble gettting into a 10 seated 2/4 anytime I log in. There are usually plenty of 6 max tables.

There are an abundance of NL/PL games, so I've been playing those for the bonus.

Slightly OT, but what is the reasoning behind the bonus change? I think it's ridiculous to make people play the higher limits to clear the bonus. How long will it take for TGC to make their policy identical to Partys?

While it's crappy how they carried out the bonus change, it was inevitable that TGC would not be able to afford to dole out that much bonus money in the long term, especially at the 50c/$1 limits. "ridiculous" is a pretty strong word to describe your sentiment. how many other poker sites are you trying to compare TGC to?

even with the bonus change, TGC's earning structure is still reasonably good - at least at the level of something like Poker Stars. Party Poker can be generous with their bonuses only because they have SO MANY players to rake off of compared to the other places, and this is even without bothering to offer micro-limit tables. Also, Party Poker makes tons of money off of their affiliated casino and bingo sites (Planetluck & Starluck) which they can use to attract poker players as well. This is probably the same reason why Interpoker's bonus is good too, because they are owned by Intercasino.

The Gaming Club is part of a very large online casino group, Belle Rock, so that theory is flippin shot....
