Did I play this right?

This is what I've been running into lately. Should I have bet on the end with a three flush on the board. Table was loose and any bet by me on the end would have been called. Maybe should have layed down when UTG 3 raised?

Flop: fine
Turn: once he 3-bets the flop, I fold here if I don't improve.
