there has been a recent influx of weakly played hand posts. not that they are wrong.

i really don't see what you could have done differently in this hand. maybe a raise on the flop? since you are the button it might buy you a free turn.

i dunno.. i like it. you probably missed on the river, but those are some good theoretical dollars you earned.

It's all good for me. Though if it were only two callers i would muck 78s. Call on flop is usually good even when there are only 8SB in a pot and not 9 like in your case.

the river was a 5 and UTG bet and got a caller to show him K5o

this game was insane - the guy on my right liked to raise raised pre-flop a lot and the best hand i saw him have to do so was 44 - other examples were 64s and 53o - UTG was seeing 70%+ of the flops and paid all the way - in short it was a bit tough to judge how low i could go getting enormous implied odds

I like a flop raise, youve got a gutshot to the nuts and a backdoor flush draw, you are obviously calling to see the turn, I spend one more SB and try to see the river as well

I have heard this game is very good, I believe All1N from these forums plays in it some? From what I hear all the games spread down at crown are great. Goldcoast Jupiters is rumored to be starting a poker room in early 05' as is Brisbane Treasury, yay for me /images/graemlins/smile.gif
