Is Epassporte only for gambling sites?? If I open a Epassporte account,can I use it to do something else? What's the main use of an Epassporte Visa account?

Main places I hear it works are BEst Buy/Circuit City.

As of 1 1/2 years ago did not work at a 'regular' Wal-Mart

If you contact EpassPorte directly they will feed you a line of [censored]. IMHO It is best used PURELY as an ATM card.
