Nearly everytime, although that in no way seems to affect my error rate.

I'm pretty compulsive about this sort of thing. I proofread, edit and preview every time.

Same, I'd say my average # of preview's is around 1, and then my average # of edit's is a little less than one.

Still I manage to screw up a lot of my posts.
