Well, I don't know anything for sure, but bankroll considerations and the holidays are likely culprits.

To much varience, i dont know how much moeny top players like the ones mentioned above have in their accounts, but if they have a bad streak there bankroll might be ruined. They probably withdraw large amounts every month.
