I was wondering what stakes game i should start out in with a bankroll of 200$

.25/.50 or .50/1 if you're a winning player you should be fine

in order to grow your bankroll, you should do some bonus whoring first. do a search on this forum.

Are you playing limit, pl, nl ? Search for Homer's building a bankroll thread, it will give you some good advice as well. IMHO with 200 you're looking at .25/50 or NL25.
