Villain in BB bets. Hero folds.

I did this a lot tonight, and I'll be going to bed feeling like a big wuss. Am I?

BTW what's a good number of tables when playing 6 handed. I feel 2 is perfect, but I want to push it to 3 because I'm greedy. Is this okay? Another point - how do you categorize players like the villian here? Their only consistency is that they consistenly suck. Sometimes too passive, sometimes to LAG. I try to see how they are playing at the moment, the last several hands rather than what they did 20 minutes ago. I guess that's the best way. Any ideas?
