do you have to declare your bankroll?

This will be the first year that I'll have to declare my winnings. I am wondering if you have to declare your bankroll. I thought it might be tax free since it is a business investment.

Specifically, say I win $2000 a week, but put a fraction of that back into my bankroll. And my bankroll started at $6000 and is now up to if $15,000. Do I have to declare that $9000?
