TGC & Hand History Question

I am wondering how to request hand histories from TGC. I have done a search here, looked in the FAQs and Looked though the TGC website. The only reference I can find is something about right-clicking the table to view the history. But right-clicking does nothing. I have right-clicked everything on the table frame with no results. So, I am asking here: Would someone please share the info. I would like to get them into Poker Tracker.

For TGC:

1) Go to "Menu", and then "Playcheck"
2) Set the variables, then hit "Go"
3) After the hands appear, hit "export"
4) You will eventually receive a Word text box w/the hands.
5) I then choose "Save as," and change the name somewhat so that I can tell the downloads apart.

Then, for Pokertracker:

A) Click on the icon on far left for "Import Hand Histories"
B) Click button for "Select Files to Import"
c) Find file and load

P.S. It can take many hours after hands are played for these hands to be available by download.

Except for the fact that you can get several days of data at once, they really make this awkward. Maybe this should be posted in the FAQs.
