I liked it. I was the only one in my group who did. Like most Eastwood movies, it's pretty slow moving. And very corny and maudlin. Morgan Freeman's voice-over will remind you of Shawshank, and he's very good in this too. As are Swank and Eastwood. (Everybody else in my group thought Eastwood was terrible, I liked his performance.)
I can't imagine young people (under 40) liking this movie. But if you're an old geezer, it might well hit home.
