Firepay is really pissing me off -

I would not recommend using Firepay. Their customer service is horrible.

then I consider myself lucky as I have not been able to use their website and keep receiving post errors. not the sign of a good organization...

My primary complaint is that I have to make a PHONE CALL to withdraw $. Secondly, I must stay on hold 20 or 30 minutes befoe they FINALLY answer my call.


I plan to discontinue FIRE PAY ASAP.

Isnt firepay owned by the same company that owns firecash?

I think they are called surefire. From what ive noticed a lot of online poker rooms have been using firecash for a while. One would presume that firepay should be established and professional enough to deliver good service.
