Undoubtedly this has been addressed before, but the search function didn't yield any results so I have to ask here.

OK yesterday I cleared the 500 raked hands (according to cryptocounter) to receive the $100 match bonus for December. I have yet to see the money arrive into my cashier. My 'balance' is exactly $100 over my withdrawal limit.

Is this typical? I emailed their support, but I have received no response in about 36 hours. Given the holiday promos, and their reputation for poor support this doesn't come as a shock.

What do I have to do to get paid?

Never, ever email support. I have had no issues getting the bonuses at the crypto's, although others may have. Call them, they will tell you how many hands you have been credited. I usually find I have to get 550 raked to get 500 from them.
