The same way you burn CDs - with whatever burning software you have.

Do you mean ripping?

One of my friends at work rents movies the day they come out, goes home, removes the encryption, compresses them, and makes copies for everyone in the store. All we do is give him a little money for the blank dvds. Yesterday he brought us all in Napolean Dynamite, Shaun of the Dead, King Arthur, and Envy.

I don't know exactly how he does it, but he says it's easy and the actually burning time is only 5 minutes. He told me it's the whole compressing thing thats the hardest part.

I'm going to assume that you meant ripping. Check out doom9.org, divx.com, divx-digest.com, and dvdrhelp.com.

Oh, I get it. So you're not familiar with torrent files. Go here (http://btfaq.com/serve/cache/1.html) first. You'll need client software to download torrent files. Then download WinRAR to extract them into normal files that you can put onto a DVD. Then you burn that file onto a DVD just like you would a CD.

Filelist.org is the site I use most to download. Right now I'm downloading the latest South Park episode. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

You can find tutorials for ripping/burning/copying DVDs at www.videohelp.com. (http://www.videohelp.com.) DVD Shrink / DVD Decrypter is a good freeware combo that can get the job done.
