What % of flops do you see?

I play Party 1/2.

I seem to see ~30% of the flops.

How does this sound to you? What % do you typically see?

1/2 is micros, not small stakes. And 30% is too high. I voluntarily put about 19% of my money into the pot (more at .5/1, less at 2/4), and I get a free look at the flop from the blinds sometimes, but not enough to see the flop 30% of the time.

If you're talking about the % in the party statistics window, then I don't think 30% is too far out of line. I try to keep it under 30 but sometimes game conditions or just good cards dictate going a little higher. If you're playing in loose passive 1/2 games with 5-6 people seeing the flop for one bet then 30% is probably about right.
