im not a fan of open ended straights, but i would prefer raising the flop for a free card if the SB is likely to give you one. if not, just call down.

the river might be someplace you can save a bet, but it's marginal

I'd raise the flop and hope to see a free river.

Based on your play, the river is close, but I'd probably call.
