It’s been another crazy, challenging and eventful year in the industry for us and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s time for a bit of a break so we will be minimizing our involvement here over the next day or so and will be going on a short holiday over Christmas and will be returning to the office on January 3rd 2005. We won’t be available to respond to posts or PM’s but we will have a skeleton crew of day staff over the festive season break and our support centre will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you have any queries.
We’ve accomplished many things in 2004 and next year can only be better. Much of the improvements implemented have been made with the kind assistance of our customers, and we encourage you to please keep giving us feedback by the truckload.
With an OIC under our belts for this year, software improvements, game additions, new bonuses and raked hand re-structures, it’s been a very eventful 12 months (sometimes a bit of a roller coaster ride but at the same time a great learning curve /images/graemlins/wink.gif). Not only that, but our numbers have grown substantially as evidenced by the march up the rankings at Poker Pulse.
That said, we are very much looking forward 2005 and there will be some exciting new things happening with the software early next year which we think that you will like.
We’d like to take this opportunity to extend our thanks to everyone for giving their thoughts, comments, feedback, criticism (and downright flaming in some cases /images/graemlins/laugh.gif) over the past year. Your opinions and views on matters that affect us are very welcomed and it has made our entry into the online poker community much more comfortable. An additional thank you is also necessary for the patience and understanding we’ve been shown, even when we’ve had our share of gremlins in the system. It really is appreciated and we trust that we've continued to prove that we're willing to take the bad with the good and that we will always do our best to make right when something goes wrong.
In closing, we want to send our best wishes to everyone celebrating their respective holidays over the festive period and may the poker gods smile on you over the next year and that 2005 brings you much happiness, health and wealth (especially at our poker room /images/graemlins/smile.gif)
