The weak limper

when I'm down to the final two in a low buy sng I'm often up against a weak player who likes to try and limp in every pot (i.e. rarely folds). I'm not sure what the best way to handle this annoying 'strategy' is. I've tried raising with just about any hand to try and get them show some respect, but they don't clue in usually. What they do usually clue into is that they can just limp reraise for extra money. What's my strategy here?

Raise only your good hands preflop, otherwise take the free flop and kick their ass with your superior postflop play.
