Fold the turn?
I think you probably narrowly avoided a c/r (or two) from SB or MP3 on the flop (but he most likely had AK also).

I think you don't win.

I'd probably bet this flop and try and get heads up with the capper. After the turn card comes and SB has maybe a small pair he might have folded on the flop, he's now got you squarely on overcards and wont fold unless his hair catches fire.

On the river, you decided your choice of action on the turn and follow through. Good conviction, bad choices.

You might have beaten an aggro SB, but most times I think you lose this. Bet the flop, or check it through, but if you check through and its bet on the turn I drop it. I like the bet b/c you have a couple of backdoor draws and can see the river for free.

I like your analysis, and agree about betting the flop.
But, on the turn, after already checking the flop, how about calling for odds?
