What's the deal? There's only one cardroom in the state of IL. It shouldn't be this hard to find a game. I'm lookin' let me know.
3-6, 5-10.

That's because the state law limits the number of "gaming positions" on any given riverboat. As a casino operator, wouldn't you rather have some slot jockey pumping $20 bills into machines one after the next than some smelly broken down card player sitting for hours on end without contributing much to the drop box? If you can't find a home game, head to Harrah's in East Chicago. Always plenty of action there.
Harrah's has some pretty decent Low Limit games going on. 4-8 during the week (w/ half kill) and 5-10 on weekends re: holdem. they have a 1-5 and 2-10 stud, but im not much of a fan of stud. you can find a 6-12 and maybe even 5-10 O8 game there sometimes, as well. yesterday they even had a 2-10 7CS hilo going as well. i got into the holdem game first, so i didn't play it. but that made me happy. i like 7CS hilo much more than straight up 7CS. if you just prefer home games, then maybe ask around the casino. i've been invited to a couple by people who seemed pretty on-the-level.
I have been trying to put together a 5/10 holdem/omaha8 game near Naperville, I have the table, chips and location but am always a few players short. Let me know if interested. Knance@attbi.com
