Villian is a fish.

Posted this because with a flop like this and overcards, my line is that I am likely to have the best hand. Comments?

I'd play it the same.

I would have done exactly the same thing - most of the time you will win those. Sometimes the villian will have a little pair and you lose - oh well. Sometimes the villian will have a big pair like AA or KK or whatever and I note those down for future reference.

What do you do if you reverse the order and you act first. I usually bet down to the river and hit nothing, check and the other guy bets - the pots quite small but there is quite a good chance its a steal attempt.

These situations have me lost.

Honestly, if I acted first I would bet each street until I was raised.

The reason I check behind in this situation, is that I felt I would not get paid off if I was ahead, but if he called he may have picked up a pair. But if I had acted first I would have bet again.

These hands are really hit and miss. If I had to guess these things are +EV... but probably not by a huge amount.
