well since my visit to 30/60 i went back to grinding at 5/10 and friggin got reinvigoraed with that horrid aggravation and frustration that 5/10 drags along.

This is not ridiculous..... it's poker. You're playing a game of chance, you will not win every time. Either take your loses like the rest of us or shut your hole and go away.

This is just wishful thinking, though. The massive numbers of professional n00b bashers on the SS forum have dried up the troll pool. Gone are the days of trolls as much fun as Airpoaneman.

That was a horrible river play by you. When SB bets into you, just call and go for overcalls. What range of hands do you put sb on? To me, this seems like a time when sb hit some sort of strait or fh and co doesn't look like he's going to call cold on the river if he's beat.
