Everything look standard? I'm still never sure whether to lead out or try to checkraise or what with reasonable holdings. Preflop raise is pretty standard right?

Tough to play out of the big blind, but obviously maximizes your returns when you flop big. Nice hand, especially nice bet on flop to get in on turn.

Perfect. C/r is overrated. Gives away too much information in this case.

Don't want to check-raise with draws on the flop. Besides, if you check-raise when you hit it hard then it is quite clear when you bet after raising that you haven't hit it hard. Better, especially heads up, just to take a shot at the pot on the flop. If he didnt hit anything, you wont get a checkraise in anyways, and if he has anything, he will more likely call, thinking that you may be trying to steal after raising. This betting pattern with a good hand will also help the times when you actually just try to steal when you miss.

i would have bet 8 into that flop rather than 6 to charge the draws a little more. well played.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I also would have bet more. Closer to the pot when there are draws on the board.
