Registry cleaning software recommendations sought

I'm very close to purchasing software to clean/manage my computer's registry. Does anyone have any specific recommendations they'd care to share?

Tread carefully. You could do more harm than good.

this never works out well, you're way better off doing the backup/format/reinstall deal if your goal is for your computer to run faster.

Search the OOT forum for "Registry Mechanic" It works well, and Sponger hooked us up with a S/N so it's free.
