Suggestions on this one? Should I have folded it?

Definitely 3-bet the flop. Nut flush draw, 2 overcards, gutshot straight and 4 opponents.

I would bet the river and probably call a raise.

Thanks for the reply, if I 3-bet the flop and no flush comes on the turn.. Then just check the turn? or bet also?

Probably check/call out of position. There are situations where I will bet. If I'm fairly certain I'll end up putting in 1BB regardless of whether I bet or check/call then betting disguises your hand.
