Read on button is a loose player (36%) and passive (0.76) after about 30 hands.

This card completes a flush, two-pair, and two straights. I'm behind virtually every hand that a straightforward passive player would raise here. My best outs are the 3 tens to make a better two-pair. I'm certain the aces do me no good. I could also have zero outs if he has a straight or flush.

Can we safely fold here?

with reads? i reckon so. Although it's very close. If the pot was a bit bigger i'd say so, but paying 2BB more for a 7BB pot seems silly here.

No I don't raise preflop, actually I fold preflop. Unsuited AT is not a good hand multi-way. Since I already have 2 limpers in front of me and a fish behind me (you said button was loose/passive, therefore most likely will call even a raise) I prefer not to even be in this pot myself. But hey, I'm a tight bastard.
