C'mon Clark...besides for Hero having a crappy kicker, his position relative to the raiser sucks.

Just because the situation isn't perfect doesn't mean that it's not +EV. Yes, I'd rather have better relative position, but I'll live with that given my hand, the number of opponents, and my absolute position.

It's +EV for you, but it isn't for most small stakes players. They're not always going to flop two-pair or a nut flush draw. If there was one more player in, it would probably sway it toward a call for me.

At any rate, it's not a huge mistake to fold or call here.

Fold to two bets on the flop. With the preflop raise and the limp raise I would suspect that you are up against a high over pair. Your ace outs may be good but I wouldn't count on it.

would this cold call be correct in a higher game, like PP 15/30, or does it depend on the opponents being clueless

this is why we need you here /images/graemlins/smile.gif

EDIT: I just saw there were 3 limpers. I didn't realize that

I think it depends more on being able to get away from an ace high flop with action and no backdoor draws. Like I said before, these hands tend to be very problematic for most small stakes players.

Reads would really help here. UTG+1 & MP1 both going all-in makes me suspicious.

I don't understand the thought process on the pf cap. I too would fold pf.

On the flop you're only dealing with two almost all-in players. Why three-bet? If they get all their money in here they see the rest of the hand free. You're certainly not making either of them fold and you're way behind any middle to high pocket pair. Your implied odds suck.
