This is $1/$2, so who knows for sure, but most players with a brain would not play AA like that on the flop in UTG's position.

I raise the river and call a 3 bet.

I prefer to raise the river. Call a re-raise. I think the benefits of value-raising here outweighs the cons of being reraised by a better hand.
