I'm alright with the Flop cold call, but the Turn is begging for a raise.

I liked it until the turn call. I would have check/raised. Although I think I would like a flop 3-bet even better. Either way I think you backed down to quickly, especially considering the button is along for the ride.

I say raise the turn as well. But once that river hits, you should bet and call a raise. Anyone with a spade missed their draw, but anyone with a Q (KQ, QJ, etc.) just rivered a straight.
