You played it fine. It appears that UTG+1 is a fish who caught trips on the flop.

Yeah I mean I know it was a weak call on his part...act a terrible call. I just couldnt bring myself to even put him on two pair much less trips. Is this an example of just "beleiving" in Aces too much?

No it's not. After he 3bet the flop you were right to call it down. Sometimes he will have just a Q. Often times the fish will have a 7.
