MP2 was an aggressive idiot, no reads on the guys that stick around after the flop.

BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP2 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, MP2 folds.

Turn: (7.75 BB) K/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero checks...

The plan is to take the free card and check/fold the river unimproved.

That's a lot of overcards.

I think I'd take the free card on the turn too.

If BB bet a river blank and UTG+1 folded, I'd be tempted to call (given the pot size and my show of weakness on the turn), in the hopes of picking off a bluff from a low/medium pocket pair, something like A9, or a busted draw. I wouldn't expect to win, though.

Very good turn check.
