Any help on this would be appreciated. I have been playing for 4 months now and am currently at the .50/1 limit after losing at the 3/6 level. Should I be using a tracking software program? I see alot of talk about poker tracker. Is this the preferred software and is it a must? And if so is it very user friendly? Is it free? Could anyone steer me in a good path.

Thanks

Evan

Poker tracker is very good software and they can probably answer any of your questions about it there. Also, it is not free, I think its $55.

Free trial offered. It's pretty eye opening, you might be surprised to find out that what you thought was playing tight is still pretty loose, or that you're not nearly aggressive enough with your best hands. It also works great for tracking a table as you play so that you get reads on opponents a little faster and more accurately.
