Hindsight is 20-20, but maybe I should've waited for the turn instead of re-raising the flop?

UTG+1 is TAG, MP2 is loose-passive.

waiting until the Turn to raise is one way to play this hand but you don´t do that so that you can protect your hand better you do it because you will get more moneý in the pot...
On the river I think betting is the way to go but if MP2 really is passive you must fold to his checkraise.

If I play against loose-passive players and I have shown strength throughout the hand as you have here and then I get raised or checkraised on the river only holding a single pair, even TP, I almost always fold. Even HU...

How would waiting until the turn to raise have protected you hand from MP2? The fact that UTG+1 folded for one more bet on the flop(!?) makes it unlikely that he would have raised your stop-and-go on the turn unless he had you beaten.

Good. At the time, I felt like this was standard, but I've been in self-doubt land lately...

Few callers, kind of a small pot.

You played it fine.

How often do you think an LP can't beat 1 pair with that line?

Are you suggesting that I fold to one bet on the river? Or are you saying I should've check/called?

And with that, another crappy player makes pooh-bah -- ugh! They should put warning labels on these things...
