Party 10/20 6 max. full table First hand.

I have red queens in big blind. Folded to button who raises, sb folds, I call.

Flop: A /images/graemlins/heart.gif T /images/graemlins/heart.gif 7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

I check, button bets, I raise, button calls.

Turn: 4 /images/graemlins/club.gif (A /images/graemlins/heart.gif T /images/graemlins/heart.gif 7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif )

I bet, button calls.

River: K /images/graemlins/heart.gif (4 /images/graemlins/club.gif A /images/graemlins/heart.gif T /images/graemlins/heart.gif 7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif)

I bet...

What the heck? Do you only three-bet with KK and AA?

No, I generally don't 3 bet with AA or KK either. With AA-QQ I generally call a steal raise, and hope to get in a check/raise on the turn.

Exert your aggressiveness and dominance by 3-betting it straight away, especially in the 1st hand as first impressions last the longest. Don't let them get away with stealing even if you have premium pair here.
