I personally like the Norelco Accuvac. Easy to adjust and is sucks up the beard trimmings for you. No mess on the sink which is very very nice.

If you want a super nice one saloon supply wharehouses have some very high quality trimmers. Some of them are around $200. I don't think anyone else has the autovac feature though. It's not an easy thing to pass up.

I never heard of autovac. I have the regular kind and it does a great job but it does make a mess.

I have a Wahl battery trimmer that i got at the local drug store for like $20 and it does a very good job. Bought the thing about 4 years ago and it still cuts like its brand new. Just oil the puppy about once a month it will run forver. Ive got a fancy plug in trimmer but i much prefer the battery one cause its great for travel.... and the batteries last forever. I use it just about every day (excluding weekends) and i would say i easily get 3-4 months out of the batteries. The model i have might be cheaper then your looking for, but i can not say enough about the quality of my Wahl. Maybe they have something a little nicer in the price range your looking for???

Wow, looks like Wahl has them too now. That wasn't always the case.
