Cards trade Danny Haren, Kiko Calero and Daric Barton for Mulder. They gave up quite a bit of cheap talent. Hopefully Mulder will pitch better than the last couple of months of 2004.

Wow! Thanks! That is great news! I take it as the Cards made it the Cubs missed out? I sure wish the Red Sox or Cubs would win a World Series. I am a little behind in my newspapers. I have a garage full. I see where the Cardinals traded JD Drew also. He is washed up and will probably only play 30 games this year.
