Brag/3 card poker odds

Can anyone help out with information on odds of being dealt particular hands in 3 card poker.

eg pair, flush, straight, A high, K high.


I know it's lazy of me, but I'm hoping someone out there has the numbers at their fingertips. We play brag relatively often at my home game and the pots tend to escalate.
