I would value bet that river 100% of the time. He would play this way with whatever pocket pairs he raises preflop with.

If I were heads up with UTG I would bet this 100% of the time as well. It was the presence of the SB that made me wonder if this is still such an easy value bet.

Well, the sb seems to imply he has something ok on the flop (enough to cold call with). And after the ace hits he doesn't do anything about it. So he doesn't really concern me. Same with UTG. I would simply ignore the presence of the ace here.
