Chicago Tournaments

Just ran and played in a limit hold'em tournament in chicago area. $20 buy-in and $10 for food and beer. Went well, I think I did a good job running tournament. We had exactly 30 players. Not enough room in house for one more player. Tournament ran for over 6 hours with breaks.


Would like to run, or play in other tournaments in area, but I don't know of any location with enough space or tables, etc. Anyone else interested?

I'm hosting a $75 N0-Limit Tournament on the 26th. It starts at 5:00 PM. There will be dealers and a lot of side action before and after the tournament. There is a trophy for first place. I'm hoping for around 20 entries. I live in Platteville Wisconsin. You know, where da Bears Practice! I have a guy coming from Chicago to play. Maybe you could catch a ride with him.
