Help with tourney-structure

I'm hosting a small tournament tomorrow, we will be less than 15 players and it will be a rebuy tournament. What is a good payout-structure?

I like the money spread around. 5th-5%;4th-10%;3rd-15%;2nd-20% and 1st gets 50%.
