2-3-4-5 holdem

In our home holdem game the betting structure is $2($1&$2 blinds)preflop,$3 after flop,$4 after turn and $5 after river card.Some say this is a bad or unfair structure. I say bad or unfair to whom?

unfair to the guys afraid to call bets on the end. and unfair to those that never play draws as they pay off more but dont get paid as much. unfair to those that read hands badly as they cant get the extra bets in at the river.
